- The prices listed below will become available Thursday, 11/28 at 5:00 p.m.
- Print the mail-in rebate form, or get one from the cashier when checking out in stores.
- There is a limit of one type of doorbuster per household. Example: You may purchase a Bella Slow Cooker, a Mohawk Bath Rug and a Plush Throw, but you cannot purchase three Bella Slow Cookers.
- If you purchase multiple doorbusters, you must fill out a separate rebate form for each.
- Proof of purchase must be mailed in with the rebate forms, including the original UPC label and sales receipt.
- Rebate forms must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
